Saw irc frozen (tombstone perfs, no response on term); rebooted
what I thought was irc, but was chat upstairs.  Caught the
mistake when I was back down down here and saw tombs on that and
an "IRC" label staring me in the face down here. 

irc's back up, not sure what chat's up to at the moment
