Caught procmail with strange permissions today; it had been working for me
and a couple others, but then these permissions were such that we're in
the group that had execute permissions; everyone else, including lists,
did not. An increasing mail queue and support mail being a bit too quiet
this evening (it uses procmail as well) helped spur on the hunt.
Reset permissions for eveyone, and it looks like things are going through
again. Sorry about that.
