California 56k/ISDN authentication
Many areas in CA are experiencing authentication failrues at the moment. (tried San Francisco, LA/Pasadena, and Sacramento/Oakland areas myself). No ETA on when it'll be back up at the moment, but I did place a call to the techs. We'll keep an eye on it.
