What is happening is something is putting the DSU/CSU into remote digital
loopback. This is something that can be requested from the remote end for
testing of the circuit, but they normally would not do this without advanced
          notice.

I'm not sure at this point if someone is trying to work on something and
getting into the wrong circuit or the CSU/DSU is dying and thinking it's
getting a request when it's not.

If this continues to occur, I'll swap the CSU/DSU's on the two Sprint
T1's and see if it stays with the same circuit or the same CSU/DSU.
