Clowns at Telco's
Some clown at either US West or Sprint, I don't know which, is getting
into one of our T1 access links and putting the DSU/CSU into remote digital
loopback. We had this problem several weeks ago as well.
I had a report of a problem with a virtual domain earlier, but when I
checked everything was up, but I suspect they were screwing with the circuit
then.
My guess is someone has a service order for a T1 and they're getting
into the wrong circuit.
