One of the Sprint T1's for our hosts is having problems this morning.
Twice someone has put our DSU/CSU in remote digital loopback, a mode used for
testing, and presently the cicuit is bouncing.
It is impossible to tell from this end if the circuit has gone noisey and
that's why someone is in testing, or if someone has gotten into the wrong
circuit and the testing is causing the interruptions.
I've called the problem into Sprint to either fix the circuit if its
noisey or stop someone from messing with it if they're in the wrong circuit.
