The Tacoma V.34 access number 253-927-3218 wasn't answering.

This was caused by a hung modem, a common problem with the analog modems
and one of the reasons I want to get rid of them.

I apologize that this went unattended for so long, I was unaware of this
until I went to reboot www2 and found that Catherine had scribbled a note on
a pad, "Ask bob 253-927-3218 not answering".

The modem is reset. The way Tacoma works, FEX's have extended call
forward busy line on them. The first call comes in on the FEX, additional
calls are forwarded to the main hunt group. So if that first modem hangs,
          nothing gets past it.

The Tacoma 56k line doesn't work this way and doesn't suffer from this
          problem.
