Something went strange with News. The night before last it expired a very
small number of articles; the spool filled up totally today, and now it is
expiring a large number. It's been working on just the overview for several
hours, so it will probably be a few more before it actually starts removing
articles from the spool and news starts flowing again. It will not accept a
post right now because the spool is full.
