We were running on one T1 today which would have caused higher latency
than normal. Problem again was a bad connection at an RJ-45 jack where the T1
plugs in though this was not the same T1 that was down for the same reason
prior.
It would appear those jacks have a finite lifespan before they get dirty
and start flaking out.
