Again this morning we had a problem with a T1; this time telco put the
CSU/DSU in loopback again and left it this way.
This is becoming a real source of frustration; I've rolled CSU/DSU's so
I know it's not the CSU/DSU doing it spontaneously.
Things wouldn't have been bad however if I hadn't again hit the power
switch to the router trying to determine the source. I need to re-arrange
things to eliminate this mess but doing so during business hours obviously
isn't going to work so will have to schedual some downtime during one of these
nights to attend to this.
