It appears now we have a CSU/DSU going south. I've rolled circuits
and cables; this time it is following the CSU/DSU; can't get another tonight
so will try to hunt one down tomorrow, unless someone has a T1 CSU/DSU they
want to let go reasonable or loan us overnight.
