SMTP problems solved
Found a name-server problem on mail (aka smtp) that was failing to find some IPs of 56k/ISDN folks to allow mail to be sent. Other servers were looking them up properly. Restarted the name server on mail, and IPS are looking up correctly again. ~ Eric
