They are doing intrusive testing (testing that requires taking PRI spans
out of service) in order to try to resolve the ongoing problems of slow connect
speeds, connection failures, cutoffs, etc, that we have been experiencing with
this POP.
I hate to take an outage during busy hours, but would rather take an
outage and have this get fixed rather than have it be flakey on an ongoing
basis.
