Problem : Unable to Route / Authenticate
Location: 030 - St. Louis, MO
Status  : Ongoing
Event   : Major problem with DialUp  Major problem with the Network  

Detailed Description:

Users connecting to the St. Louis pop30 site will experience an inability to
route as well as authenticate.  Engineers are working with out data provider to
resolve this issue.
