I caught this in a quick test from home around this time as well. Called it in, and it turned out the www machine had frozen hard (no keyboard response) and had to be ower-cycled (with a bit of crossed fingers after Wednesday's lack of coming up after that). Things were back up a couple minutes later. Shouldn't have been a long outage... I had brought up a page, reloaded after clearing cache and it was down.
