               We are currently experiencing a UDP packet fragment flood denial of
          service attack.
          
               Initially it was strong enough that it was saturating our links and
          preventing incoming traffic from getting here, but it has decreased in
          intensity and at this point is increasing latency but not blocking traffic
          altogether.
