You're using the Seattle MegaPOP number? For reasons unclear to me, they
route Seattle through Los Angeles and are currently doing some "emergency
maintenance" on that POP which has an ETA of approximately 30 minutes.
Nothing intentionally blocked. I don't have details with respect to
the nature of the emergency maintenance, I'm currently listening to music on
hold/ignore trying to find out.
