Authentication is down currently on MegaPOP lines in all areas; technicians
were already working on it by the time I was notified and called that in. 
No official word on ETR, etc., but I'll keep an eye on it for accessibility
and the cause. 

All other access lines (UUNet, Qwest, Telia, GridNet) are up and running
still.
