Ultra1 Crash - NULL Pointer Dereference...
Ultra1 crashed with a looping Cannot dereference NULL Pointer error
message at 17:53:30 PDT (That's 17:53 and 30 seconds) and was back up at 18:13.
Three fsck's were necessary on the user partition which accounted for most of
the down time.
This happened after I made some adjustments to Apache parameters to
increase the minimum number of spare servers because status was showing that
sometimes there were none which means it wasn't enough for the traffic load.
