While news was down anyway for a few hours, took the time needed to do a
vacuum cleaning of the cards, dust cleaners, making sure all fans were
spinning, etc. In case the recent crashes were heat related.
Rebooting now and going through the disk scans. Back up around 10-11pm if
the automatic one does the trick; will keep an eye on it.
