               For the past four hours or so we've been under an intermittant packet
          flood attack.  The attacks are SYN floods and not readily filterable.  In
          addition, the attackers keep changing the target host making it difficult to
          block a particular target.
          
               This is causing intermittant connectivity problems to our various hosts.
