Earlier today around 1:30 PM we had a brief power outage that caused all
of the machines to reboot. Unanticipated interdependencies between the
machines made bringing them all back up difficult. With the exception of news,
most services were restored by about 2:15-2:30 PM. News was restored around
7:30 PM and took longer because of the long file system check (fsck) required.
