At this point FlexPOP is working again as is MegaPOP from dial plan A
using @usb.ppp. MegaPOP presently in dial plan B using @usb.com is not working
except for old accounts built prior to 1/22.

If a MegaPOP setup is not working with '@usb.com' and there are no UUNet
lines in your area, we can switch things to a Plan A setup (@usb.ppp, used
on FlexPOP and MegaPOP) that should work on them.
