The two T1's to the Seattle Sprint POP are currently non-functional
because the router at Sprint died again. All traffic is now routed over the
remaining Tacoma circuit but one T1 is not sufficient to carry the daytime
traffic load so there will be latency and packet loss until the Seattle router
at Sprint is restored.
