The Seattle Sprint circuits seem to have come alive. I'm presently
routing traffic over them again so temporarily at least the congestion is
relieved, but I haven't heard back from Sprint yet so I'm holding off switching
the incoming back to normal and bringing the IRC servers back online until I
get some word that it is officially fixed and not just passing through a
blessed moment.
