One Seattle UUNet number (206-336-6318) is currently getting telco
recordings as "Your call did not go through. Please try again." I've
called this in to the server techs to open a ticket on this.
Other Seattle UUNet numbers (206-777-1728, 206-808-8610) are not affected
by this and are connecting/authenticating correctly.
