All dialup plans (FlexPOP, UUNet, Telia) -- other than the MegaPOP-only
setups that do not have '@usb' extensions -- were not authenticating
tonight for about 20 minutes; approximately 8:40pm to 9:00 pm. This was
nationwide on Seattle, Miami, and New York lines that I tested. It is
currently back up and running across all plans.
