The issues with routing on Telia dialups has been corrected. The problem was that Global Crossings, which Telia is using for backbone connectivity, made changes within their network that affected BGP-4 routing, the protocol used for routing between networks. They've corrected their BGP-4 routing issues and now the connectivity has been restored.
