Detailed Description:

Our provider have found some suspect equipment in their network.  They have
dispatched engineers to the remote site and they expect to arrive in 1.5
hours.  We will continue to post updates as they are made availiable.

Sites effected: Raleigh, Richmond, Norfolk/Virginia Beach, and Washington DC
