VA/DC MegaPOP routing restored
At 06:43 on 2002-04-18 the following was posted to Network Alerts:

Detailed Description:
Our data provider replaced the failed card that caused routing loss to our
Raleigh, Richmond, Norfolk/Virginia Beach, and Washington DC 2 popsites.
All popsites are up, and users are able to connect. We will continue to
monitor these popsites for further issues.
