Dialup authentication failed at about 11:30am (PST) for all dialups other than MegaPOP setups; these dialups (plans A, B, D, and E) use the same authentication servers at the port aggregator in Florida, and after calling them to get their attention on it ASAP, things began authenticating again shortly before 12 noon (PST). Outage lasted about 30 minutes.
