Telia authentication outage 1:15-1:35pm

Telia was failing authentication for about 20 minutes this afternoon, first
with the server timing out for the first five minutes, then failing
immediately for the next 15 or so.  It's back up now, after a call to the 
port aggregator to get attention on it.
