Local UUNet lines in Everett/Seattle/Tacoma areas are failing authentication intermittently -- I've called this into the Network Center at our port aggregator, and they're working with UUNet directly to bring this back up asap. Testing in other areas, as well as other dial plans, seem to be stable and working. I'll keep checking on this as well, as we have no ETR at the moment.
