Customers using star.eskimo.com as their outgoing mail servers are unable to send mail presently because of an outage of the data circuit that feeds the location where that server is located. That server belongs to StarNet and we're forced to use it on those networks with their radius server because of spam provisions they have in place. A work-around is to use mail.eskimo.com port 2525 if your mail client allows you to specify the port of the SMTP server.
