Qwest is still trying to isolate the trouble with the frame relay circuit. Just got off the phone with one of the cable splicers, and looking from the location of the first repeater back towards the central office they're not seeing any signal, so they're working back from that location. They are unable to give an ETR at this time but said it shouldn't be too much longer.
