Telia is reporting to our aggregate provider that an OC48 fiber cut/repair is affecting regional routing across their network in the Western US. This has the effect of either not routing (such as CO, NY folks trying to reach our servers) or increased latency (local WA folks having slow connections, time-outs). No ETR currently, but will keep up on updates from our aggregate provider as well.
