Around 3pm users calling our Seattle access line, 206-812-0138 were intermittantly receiving busy signals, ring-no-answer, and recordings. This was a problem at the telco, some piece of equipment was put in debug mode and it broke the normal hunting that is supposed to occur. Equipment was reset and things are operational again.
