The Sprint backbone outage that we expected to happen this monday didn't and now is schedualed for the morning of the 28th (next monday) between midnight and 6am. Depending upon the exact time frame and duration, mild to heavy congestion will happen during this interval as two of our three T1's are out of service for maintenance operations on Sprint's router.
