     We have a problem in Nevada causing intermittant authentication during
peak usage periods that relates to resource exhaustion.  A monitoring tool did
not perform correctly so we were unaware that we were reaching capacity. This
should be resolved by the 5/28/2003.  (the time frame has to do with the telco
service installation interval).
