There is a problem with authentication at one of the resellers we use to gain access to InerPOP, Qwest, and Aleron, and as a result authentication for those networks is failing. This does not affect our own POPs, Dial Assurance, YNP, or UUNET numbers. I have generated trouble tickets with the network and am awaiting a response. I do not have an ETA at this time.
