InerPOP, Qwest, and Telia Intermittant

     Intermittant authentication is resulting from a flakey switch at a
reseller that we gain access to InerPOP, Qwest, and Telia numbers through.

     From the description it sounds as if it's acting very much like the switch
we had fail the friday before last.

     At any rate, they are aware of the problem and working to resolve it.
