The ELI backbone problems affecting our primary dialup numbers in a number of Washington, Oregon, California, Illinois, and Nevada locations has been corrected and has been stable for the last four hours. Those of you who switched to backup numbers earlier this morning, please return to using the primary dialup for your city. Thank you.
