Latest on News... The dead drive returned to it's dead status, but one of the other spool drives has a bad sector which is causing fsck to fail to complete. It is a SCSI-3 drive which in theory is supposed to lock a bad sector and assign an alternate automatically but it is not doing so. I am running badblocks, a program which locates and locks out bad sectors, manually to fix. Because of the size of the disk this will take a while.
