DoS Attack

     Shortly before 3pm today we lost most of our network connectivity.  The
cause was another customer on ELI being DoS attacked with sufficient intensity
to overload a router at the facility.

     They're still working on it, at present some traffic is getting through
but there is still some packet loss and higher than normal latency.
