Around 10:50 PM Pacific Time 5/14/2005, we had a failure of the primary radius server and for some reason the NAS's didn't roll-over to the secondary causing all dialup connections to fail authentication. The primary server was restored at approximately 11:00 PM and we are investigating the reason that the NAS's did not roll-over to the secondary server.
