Notification from Qwest Corporation (fwd)




     There have been some delays with new Qwest DSL orders, there does appear
to be an issue with their call center being affected by the most recent storm.

Notification from Qwest Corporation
 
 
The Safe Harbor telephone number 800-348-1688 is currently out of
service due to voluntary evacuation of the Corpus Christi call center.
Calls made at this time receive the following message: 
 
"Thank you for calling.  Due to an emergency we are unable to answer
your call at this time.  We apologize for this inconvenience, and look
forward to serving you.  Please try your call again later."
 
Qwest is in the process of rerouting the number to another call center
and expects to have the number back in service in the next few hours.
We will send a notification when service is restored.
