Outage ~4:30am-6:00am

     We had a server crash this morning and there was some minor file system
corruption that took some time to correct, and then I made matters worse by
accidentally rebooting the wrong machine.

     Everything is back in server now, no indication of any lost data, the
corruption that existed did not result in any lost data.
