Incoming Mail / Lists

     A drive failed last night in a server that was primarily responsible for
incoming mail and list processing.

     We have moved these functions to another server.

     Mostly things are back to normal but there are still some files missing
like rblcheck that some people use in procmail recipies. These are being
restored.
