Discount Dialup errors this morning





Discount-Dialup users received authentication failures for a few of the
"wee" hours before I came in at 7am, and continued to intermittently while
I was checking settings on a saturated server, restarting, seeing people
login correctly but then fail due to saturation again shortly afterward,
etc.  MySQL may have been hanging causing part of this, as that was the
reason for an eventual reboot; it had been up 87 days (or so) after all.

During this time, the backup server was not as error prone, so during
restarts and the eventual reboot, it worked as well.
