     Ultra1 which is one of our web servers locked up earlier today in a
state where user processes weren't getting CPU allocated nad so things stopped
serving.

     Things started detiorating around 6:30am, our tech support person, Eric
came in at 7am and attempted to ressurrect it remotely but I ended up having to
drive over to the co-lo to get it going again which unfortunately meant
battling rush hour morning traffic on 405.

     The machine was fully restored to service at 8:45am.
